Further, you also allow us to assume ownership of all the postings made by you and to relocate them to our own server to prevent disruption of information linkage in the event of your leaving our forums, or your offsite information host breaking the links to information you post here. Should you leave our forums, or cancel your membership here, you agree to allow us to continue to host and publish your information indefinitely. You are in effect, giving us an unlimited license to publish and retain your content indefinitely
- We do not allow unverified registrations. Persons wishing to register must provide to the FORUM ADMINISTRATOR the following:

- ADDRESS
- PHONE NUMBER
- VALID EMAIL ADDRESS
- We RECORD every visit to our forums! Any attempt to breach forum security and/or gain unauthorized access into user accounts such as guessing passwords (whether successful or not) and/or assisting others with such attempts constitutes a criminal offense and will be prosecuted to the full extend of a Law. We operate in many countries world-wide and, consequently, will take an appropriate legal action against all violators
- You are solely responsible for the security of your password and confidential personal data and account information. You are also responsible for any posts, chats, private messages, and other communications made from your account, regardless of who made that post. Any rule-violating posts made from your account may result in the suspension of your account. The purpose of private messaging is to allow for discreet conversations to take place between members. This is a privilege and not a right and it should not to be abused! Solicitation, spamming, or harassment of any kind is strictly forbidden. Any member receiving an inappropriate private message should forward that message to the http://www.BIFRANCHISE.net Administrator. Private messages become part of the http://www.BIFRANCHISE.net database and as such, the property of the GIA Trading Group. We reserve the absolute right to investigate any possible abuses of the private messaging system
- The posting of anyone's personal information not otherwise disclosed in their profile without the owner's express consent is prohibited.

- Multiple or repeated posting in order to increase your post count is not allowed. There's NO competition who posts more, so there's NO need to increase your posts count
- Impersonating another forum user, moderator, administrator or http://www.BIFRANCHISE.net staff is strictly prohibited. You are expressly forbidden from impersonating anyone else, including those named above, on the forum, even in jest. This will be grounds for permanent loss of your http://www.BIFRANCHISE.net account
- http://www.BIFRANCHISE.net will not allow any posting that is overtly sexual in nature or violate our community standards. http://www.BIFRANCHISE.net will be the sole arbitrator of what does and what does not violate community standards
- Any discussion of illegal activities such as software and music piracy and other intellectual property violations are not allowed.
- Main language of the forum is English; however, the software supports several other languages such as: Arabic, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Malay, Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish
While these rules try to cover most common situations, http://www.BIFRANCHISE.net cannot anticipate everything. Consequently, http://www.BIFRANCHISE.net reserves the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way!
